The Don Williams Realty Group is comprised of incredible team members with heart for what they do. Meet one of our new agents, Marian Campo! She recently joined the team a few months ago and has been an excellent addition. Perhaps as you begin your search for homes in Rehoboth Beach or around the area, you may get the urge to give her a call! But first, get to know her a little bit better for yourself.
We conducted a short interview so you could get to hear Marian became an agent with Keller Williams and what she loves most about helping families settle in the area.
1. When did you decide to start your journey as a Real Estate Agent?I started this journey after being let go from a bank while I was expecting. I was unable to find another “corporate America” job while I was pregnant so I took a risk and got my license. I always wanted to be self employed and make my own hours and my own income. This was just the extra added push that I needed to do so.2. Have you always lived near Rehoboth Beach?I have always lived near Rehoboth. I was born and raised in Lewes. My fondest memories are spending time on the beach with family and friends. Making a life long friend when I was 9 years old with my now best friend of 26 years. We worked together at some of the local establishments as teenagers and did everything together. Rides, boardwalk, beach, etc.3. What, in your opinion, is one of the best reasons a family should make the decision to relocate, retire or buy a second home in this area? The number one reason would be for the clean beaches. Delaware has, by far, the cleanest beaches and most family friendly beaches around. There are many activities now throughout the entire year as well. And don’t forget the benefits of tax free shopping and low property taxes.4. As a real estate agent, what do you find that your clients most enjoy about your services? My clients enjoy that I get to know them on a personal level. They are not just a paycheck to me. They become family. They also enjoy the fact that I walk them through the process step by step and follow through with details that may seem like a hassle to them. It’s that extra added personal level that really ends up giving them the feel of excellent service.5. Where can future clients reach you if they want to start looking for a home or selling a home? They can call my cell phone at 302-245-4417 or the office at 302-36-0300.
